The Biometric Test is the first step in our career counseling process. Also known as DMIA/DMIT, this Fingerprint Analysis Technology helps the student to understand their unique individual personality, IQ, EQ, capability to handle stress, learning style, and career choices. Each student's fingerprint patterns are scientifically linked to their brain's neural development, revealing their inborn strengths, multiple intelligences, and natural learning preferences. Our certified counselors analyse these biometric results to build a detailed profile of the student's innate capabilities and potential. This scientific foundation serves as the starting point of our career counseling journey, helping students and parents make informed decisions about the right stream, subjects, and career path.
The Psychometric Test is the second step in our career counseling process. It includes 12 tests to measure IQ, Aptitude, Personality & Interest. In conjunction with the biometric results, the reports help students understand their capabilities and plan the stream or subject to be taken or dropped. These assessments evaluate a student's current skill levels, behavioural traits, logical reasoning, and areas of interest through scientifically validated questionnaires. Our counselors then combine the psychometric findings with the biometric profile to create a comprehensive understanding of the student. This combined analysis enables us to recommend the most suitable career options, ensuring every decision is backed by data and not just assumptions.
If you think career decisions are making you and your family anxious, then therapy is a beneficial tool to address emotional challenges such as anger and anxiety. Students also learn techniques for coping with stressful life situations.
