1. Service Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment if no consultation or service has begun.
After a service session has started or materials have been shared, no cancellations will be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
In the rare probability of no admission offer being received, the application process may be deferred to the next available intake; however, no refund will be issued.
3. Special Cases
Rescheduling may be permitted upon mutual availability, at no extra cost (once).
Exceptional refund requests may be considered in cases of medical emergency (with proof).
