Shipping and Delivery Policy
Proventus is a service-based organization offering counseling, mentoring, admission support, and application-related services. Since our offerings are digital or advisory in nature, no physical products are shipped. This policy outlines how and when our services are delivered.
1. Service Categories & Delivery Timelines
a) Career Counseling & Mentoring Sessions
- Appointment with a counselor is scheduled within 1–3 working days after successful payment and submission of required information (e.g., academic background, interest form).
- Sessions are conducted online via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet or in person at the Proventus office.
- Meeting links and session details are shared via email at least 24 hours in advance.
b) Admission & Application Support Services
- Work begins within 2 working days of payment and receipt of all required documents (CV, transcripts, SOP drafts, etc.).
- A personalized timeline will be shared based on the scope of the service (e.g., country, university deadlines, number of applications).
- All drafts, edits, and final versions are shared via email or a secure document-sharing platform.
c) Workshops, Webinars, and Group Sessions
- Participants will receive access details at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Resources, presentations, and recordings (if applicable) are shared within 48 hours after the event.
d) Digital Resources or Assessments
- Psychometric test access is delivered via email or a secure link within 48 hours of enrollment.
- Career Assessment test reports access is delivered via email or a secure link within 3–7 working days of the test taken.
2. Mode of Delivery
All services are delivered through:
- Email communication
- Online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.)
- Secure file-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Proventus Mobile Application
- In-person at the Proventus office
3. Non-Delivery or Delay in Service
If you do not receive access, communication, or deliverables within the specified timeframe:
- Contact us at anita@proventuseducation.com with your name, order ID, and service details.
- We will respond and resolve the issue within 3–7 working days.
4. Service Availability
We serve clients globally, subject to time zone coordination and document compliance requirements. Session slots and delivery schedules are based on mutual availability and urgency of the service.
